Arale Norimaki is the main protagonist of the manga and anime series Dr. Slump created by Akira Toriyama. Akira also created the more popular Dragon Ball series. To download the file, look for the green downward arrow on the upper left corner of the blog post. Make sure you have the pepakura viewer to open the pdo file.
