From the anime manga series Saint Seiya, Wyvern Rhadamanthys is the first of the 3 Specter magnates to be introduced by Kurumada. He sends a task force of Specters to Athena's Sanctuary to keep tabs on the revived Gold Saints' mission against Pandora's orders and was punished by Pandora when he failed.
